Preschool/Kinderprep

Thank you for visiting our site. We are excited to have the opportunity to introduce you to our school. 

Here at Northminster Preschool/Kinderprep our staff is qualified in early childhood education, loving, patient, and extremely enthusiastic about their job. Teacher Laura has been teaching 25 years at Northminster and Teacher Krynda has been teaching here for 15 years. So, there is no lack of experience. We have seen it all.

In all classes we will focus on learning appropriate socialization skills i.e., taking turns, sharing, listening, working together in a group, and problem solving. We will also work on colors and shapes. Your children will have the opportunity to work on both their fine and gross motor skills. In the four year old and Kinderprep classes we will also introduce the alphabet and beginning phonics, numbers one to one hundred, name writing, printing, and cutting. The children in the Kinderprep class will receive a homework packet every Friday to be completed by the following Friday (day could change due to holidays).

We encourage all parents to come to us with any questions you may have. We are here to make school a positive and fun learning experience for you and your child. It is our desire to make you feel as welcome as your child.
